Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–7 business days
Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to selected countries. International delivery times and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays & Lost Parcels
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
