How do you curate your collection?
Every piece at Sera Home is chosen with intentionality. We look for items that balance timeless design with refined comfort, helping you create a sanctuary that feels both personal and peaceful.
Where is Sera Home based?
Our studio is located in Melbourne, Australia. While our inspiration is global, every order is hand-packed and dispatched from our local workshop.
Why is Sera Home better than my regular supermarket detergent?
Most supermarket detergents are aggressive "chemical cocktails." They use harsh enzymes to eat away at stains, which also eats away at the natural fibers of your expensive linens and can irritate sensitive skin. They often contain optical brighteners (chemicals that stay in the fabric to "trick" the eye into seeing white) and synthetic perfumes that can disrupt sleep.
Sera Home is different. We’ve removed the harsh enzymes and toxins, replacing them with a high-performance, plant-based formula that cleanses deeply while preserving the integrity of the fabric and the health of your skin. It’s better for your linens, your sleep, and the earth.

Are Sera Home products eco-friendly?
At Sera Home, we believe a beautiful sanctuary shouldn't come at a cost to the Earth. We prioritize natural, renewable materials—like organic linens, sustainably sourced woods, and hand-fired ceramics—that are designed to last a lifetime, not a season. We consciously avoid "fast-interiors" in favor of timeless pieces that reduce waste.
What about your packaging?
We are committed to a plastic-free unboxing experience. Your order is protected by FSC-certified tissue paper, biodegradable cushions, and recyclable cardboard. We encourage you to reuse or recycle our packaging as part of your own sustainable home practice.
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your pieces are on their way, standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days. Express options are available at checkout if you are looking to complete your space sooner.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Australia and New Zealand. We are working on expanding our reach to bring Sera Home to sanctuaries worldwide—stay tuned for updates.
How can I track my delivery?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your package’s journey to your door.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We move quickly to get your items to you, but if you need to make a change, please email us at orders@serahome.com.au as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns & Care
What is your return policy?
We want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If an item isn’t quite right for your space, we accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition. Please see our Returns Policy page for full details.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take great care in packing our items, but we understand that sometimes the journey can be bumpy. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@serahome.com.au within 48 hours with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
How do I care for my Sera Home pieces?
To ensure the longevity of your items, we recommend following the specific care instructions included on the product page or the care card provided with your order. Generally, we suggest keeping pieces out of direct sunlight and using gentle, non-abrasive cleaning methods.
Gifting
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our standard packaging is designed to be a beautiful unboxing experience in itself. However, if you are sending a gift directly to a loved one, please leave a note at checkout. We can ensure no pricing information is included and add a handwritten note on your behalf.
Do you offer digital gift cards?
Yes. Sera Home digital gift cards are delivered via email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout—a perfect option when you want to let them choose their own sanctuary pieces.
